Hey guys,
I've been following this game for a while, haven't really got around to playing it but I've been reading all the press releases and premature reviews from the beta stages, and it seems really promising, as far as indie action RPG's go. It's looking like a deeper Torchlight at the moment, with some unique class systems (Kind of like the sphere grid from FFX).
Have a look at the website and let me know what you think:

Hi spinn72,
You can now pre-purchase microtransaction credit for our dark action RPG Path of Exile - and get a range of awesome rewards for supporting us.
Thanks for being a Path of Exile beta tester. Path of Exile has come a long way from when we entered Closed Beta in August of last year. We've added dozens of new active skills, support gems, many new monster types, new areas, and have overhauled the game's user interface. We're very pleased with the game's continuing progress and are ramping up to enter Open Beta in approximately June of this year.
Last weekend, 46,911 people played the game in a very successful public stress test. Afterwards, we received hundreds of requests from people wanting to support Path of Exile's development financially. As of now, you can.
You can pre-purchase microtransaction credit packs that come with awesome rewards. The cheapest tier is $10 which includes Closed Beta access for a friend. Higher purchases come with in-game Kiwi bird Pets, t-shirts, signed posters and the option to design a Unique Item. You can also buy extra character slots and stash tabs for your compulsive item hoarding.
Check out
http://www.pathofexile.com/purchase/. As you hopefully know, Path of Exile will only be funded by the sale of services and cosmetic microtransactions (we hate "pay2win"). Any purchases made now will continue into the Open Beta - although your Closed Beta characters and non-microtransaction items will be wiped.
We're a small game studio in New Zealand composed entirely of Action RPG fans. Any support you give will help us add more areas, enemies and skills and get the game to Open Beta sooner.
I look forward to seeing you in game again soon!
Kind regards,
Chris Wilson

P.S. New Zealanders put out this game, so high expectations are in order
