Alot of both axis and allied units sit idle when they are not required, are ATGs supporting your mortars when there's no tanks attacking it?
The best allied company is a company that annoys axis, spams them to death but still allows you to gain significant (50% or more units reliably getting vet) veterancy.
if your volks you get 100% veterancy.
