I just finished it and while the gameplay is standard 3rd person shooter for the most part, the story really was what they promised as far as I'm concerned... Simply put, the game made me feel bad just as it promised. The "Choices" aren't that plentiful but the ones that are there are decent and have some weight, while the ending comes down to what you do in the end it doesn't actually feel all that cheap, the story holds it up.

Lots of little details to, as the game goes the main characther gets... "Rougher" with the battle VO among other things, they got a lot of little details right. Also, the post credit epilogue was pretty great, cant believe they gave you the option you got there...

So anyway, I cant recommend anyone who is short on cash and want a game to have fun with on that base alone, but if you want a good story and a game that actually pulls off emotional moments, well, this is something rare.

(If anyone finished it to, I'd love to hear what you thought)

The officer is considerably better than a riflemen squad at carrying weapons. Officers have good accuracy so they will hit most targets.

When you use the WP mortar, well, I felt a bit ill actually.

Pretty horrific game, excellent representation of war.
