It's literally a 5 minute job in the SQL, all you have to do is increase the inf, support, vehicle, etc pool to 999. That being said, I think it's a stupid idea really. There's a reason the system is there, suggesting we take it out for a weekend is like suggesting we should make all units free for a weekend.

It's a 5 minute job. It just depends on if people want to test it or not, or if EIRRMods paypal is getting a blessing.

Considering how easy it is to do and to revert, I don't see why we can not atleast give it a try. It can be fun!

The removal of pool would not recreate the feeling of old EIR like it was back in 2007/2008.
For example, there were so many price / ressource changes.

This is what I was thinking, but also other things (other than just pool removal) that could simulate old EIR style builds or doctrine abilities (I know thats not what you meant, but I extrapolated :p)

You see, there's different degrees of yes that people can take, really - while the degree of no is rather.. unitary. It's either NO or NO.
