That's really not why most people miss the 'old EIR'. I mean, the ''old EIR' that many miss had Availability. It's only after fldash quit and before eirrmod took over and for +- 6 months under EIRRmod that we had no such system in place. I would guess most people miss the old EIR for it's retarded OP doctrines. And some just miss it for no particular reason other than the misconception that things were better then.

I will have to admit the retardism of old EIR was a ton of fun. The thing about it though, is it was not noob friendly at all. A higher lvl companies would kick the snot out of lower lvl ones, unless you were spaming something gay. Another game mode or a throwback system would be awesome but I don't think that's practicual right now as everything should be focused on making the current game just as much fun to play.
