As you know Steam and a few other sites are having summer sales. Anyone pick up and thought OMFG this rocks or care to share some of their bargain purchases?
I picked up
Kohan series- Fun 4x fantasy game made a while ago. Like it
Endless Space- Meh. Played many hours. Now im just bogged down by construction orders and combat isnt worth playing
Superbrothers- amazing reviews. but 5 mins in and it has awful controls and i dont see whats the hype is about. but supposedly its short so i will try again later.
Terraria- Havent tried it yet
Gemini Rue- off Gog.com. Looks like a cross between flashback and an adventure game. Havent tried it yet

X-COM Collection, UFO Defence and Apocalypse are fun games, rest are trash. I didn't buy this one directly off steam though, i got it for 3$s on amazon, which was the best deal at the time.
Mount and Blade Napoleon, badass time doing 80 vs 80 battles, and im thinking about joining in on a friends regiment for the big friday night line battle.
The Walking Dead, Pretty good, they just need to finish the rest of the game now.

Terraria was one of the best games I played last year, still play it from time to time.
So far all I've bought was the Trine pack.

ya sins just seems like a mindless RTS and all about base building. rather have a TBS
wish someone here bought sword and sorcery. People are like OMFG what an instant classic. And im not seeing it.

I don't really download bought games. NZ internet providers aren't exactly cheap.
Although i've picked up countless of cheap games from EB games here. I picked up Borderlands game of the year edition and Risen 2. All for $60. Fuck i love EB games sales. They never stop.
