I threw a single nade at a building, it went through said building, landed on the other side right beneath an allies sherman and killed it. bam.

MI flares definitely win. I've killed every single vehicle in existence except a Stummel with pineapple or volksgrenades by now. Is kind of meh by now.

My favourites are Halftracks with a satchel charge thrown into the back of the vehicle where the units normally sit. (Or Marder/Panther kills)

Ahhh, fond memories of throwing grenades or dynamite into halftracks in men of war, lol

My question isn't "does this work". My question is - why would you bother with a halftrack? Only way you get satchels is through airborne anyway. Cut out the 250 MP middle man.

We've all seen the Bike VS Pershing video. That one still takes the absurdity cake me for.

I have a picture to go with this post but it won't work on an iPad. Trust me when I saw its an absurd cake.

Okay I have tested it. You do not throw the grenade into the halftrack because collision detection is disabled for this kind of objects.

Anyway, you can kill any Halftrack and Marder with a Satchel charge. A Panther will lose around 50% and other armoured low HP vehicles like Hetzer/StuG will nearly lose all of it's health.

Good luck getting a satchel charge on anything thats not immobilized. But if you really like to do that stuff you should go to MoW.

But it still happens quite frequently.

You can't charge forward and throw a obvious satchel charge at the main frontline and hope that it will works. But when there is a big engagement
and all the players are busy with microing you can throw a satchel at a forgotten unit. (A few games ago I killed a veterancy two Mortart Halftrack for example)

It's like waiting to for the "perfect" time for placing an offmap. (And not on the first possibility where you could just waste it)

mmm, its true, its only 3 sec until blow out, and 3 sec during multimicro is not that long, so it will work when you have a lot of shit going on, also a good tip is to use it under cover of massive smoke barrage ^^ Works WONDERS Wink

Ummm... how is reducing the fuel cost on M10s and bringing back the 8+ M10 companies the solution?  There was so much QQ over the sheer number of M10s being rolled out by the Allies per game and consequently the troll infantry crush that followed, along with annoying infantry sniping by the main gun, that the community considered altering or even taking out infantry crush.

The unit was considered an overly efficient unit like 4 months ago and has remained relatively unchanged besides a slight price increase, an accuracy nerf against inf, a nominal revert of 2% less pen, while gaining a speed buff.

If M18s are now the rage then maybe this newly buffed unit is too efficient and needs tweaking?  I don't get how the solution is to revert an M10 nerf that ppl thought was needed.

I was just thinking "incentive to buy m10 even if hellcat is better". But yeah, I can see how that was a stupid idea now. The only unit type however I think the hellcat overperforms versus is the heavies and the super heavies

I think we have finalized the pricing on the M18 and M10; there should be enough differences between the two to make both a meaningful choice within the meta-game. With the pool value increase from 9 to 15, the M18 becomes an even greater investment for players. Additionally, with the slightly lower reload time of the M10, it becomes the more cost effective option versus medium to light armour.

The reload decrease provides the M10 a clear advantage over medium armour, where previously things were fairly even. To counter balance this change, we increased its pool value from 9 to 12.
