Niko's idiot mod project

Because wasting hours making your own mini-mods is what cool (people with no life) and a horrible sense of balance does! I'll post it up if it ever gets to a decent shape but for now, I'll leave you with the garand and volk_kar98 stats...

If these numbers make you cry, stay clear! Amazingly, they are seemingly pretty balanced from some of the testing we've done.

Garand L/M/S

Acc - .2/.35/.75
Cooldown - 1 - 1.5 Mod. 1/1/0.7
Range - 35/17/8
Moving - Acc 0.4/Cool 0.7
Dmg - 10

VgKar98 D/L/M/S

Acc - .25/.4/.6/.75
Cooldown - 2.8 - 4.3 (1.3 Wind) Mod. 1.25/1/1/1
Range - 40/35/25/8
Moving - Acc 0.65/Cool 1.3
Dmg - 15

Squad leaders on both sides got a 10hp buff and carries modified "Burst" type Thompson/mp40, think scoped 44 but a bit more smg ish.
