I remember PE had this sick buff for a building and gave accuracy to a radius. fucking good ass ability if i remembered, the only problem was no one would come near the damn house.

The very best player of one of the four factions.

You forgot the incendiary mortar, and when it comes to urban maps handheld AT like tankbuster squads or ever at grenades become more valuable, there are options, however those are options most players don't use.

Given the short range of AT grenades, they aren't as useful as stickies in urban environments especially since they don't get a range bonus with veterancy and non-doctrinally aren't fire and forget.  Cheap as hell  but really are not considered a hard AT counter.

Everyone knows handheld AT can be powerful urban settings.  TBs are nothing special, everyone faction has handheld AT and in the current meta deploy a lot of handheld AT.  If anything Wehr still has the platform advantage as their shreks can sit in a house and heal with medpacks if needed.

Therefore I focused on disparity of PE's long range AT assets vs other factions.  Marders and 50mm are simply worse in tight urban environments compared ATGs and any turreted vehicle that can hurt them.

I didn't forget inc mortar.  I just didn't think it was relevant.  You brought up flamers, I didn't think bringing up a timed ability on an indirect fire unit was a relevant comparison.  The more relevant comparison would have been inc mortar to something like nebels in urban environment.  I also think inc mortar is a poor answer to lack of flamers in urban environments.

Tank busters in a house with the PE doctrine to heal while garrisoned could be a total nightmare to fight.
If you are pe in a urban environment your incredibly low pop AT such as the light halftrack and 50mm could be used in conjuction with healing tank busters to be an absolute pain to fight. Maybe not the alpha or unkillable armor of other setups but the mobility and annoyance of always taking a bit of damage no matter where you go could certainly be an effective way of playing in an urban map.
