That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Only New Orleans is below sea level, all those other cities that flooded? They're above sea level or at sea level.

No one deserves to die just cuz of where they live, that was a cruel and inhumane thing to say about anybody.

Okay but you know it so you know the risk, so there is a deffirence.

Well Tymathee, i think some do deserve to die where they live i mean shabtajus is a fine ass example to just send over the nearest deadly chemical and be done with it... Jk.

No put sure no one deserves to get hit by a bullet or get mugged or get a broken leg when playing a sport.
Those are some of the risk you take and whether or not you choose to do something about it or not is entirely up to them.

If i would have known my leg was going to get broken 1 day ahead of time i wouldn't have played soccer.
it's simple as that Take the necessary precautions, i have already started work on a bomb shelter i already have +100 cans of beans and +75 bottles of water.

He would tell you that stingrays can be surprisingly deadly.

I'm tired of hearing about this bullshit that was Kartrina. Anyone who stays in a city that's below sea level during a hurricane deserves to die.

Jodomar logic:

*Anyone who stays in a place that is safe 99.9% of the time and is put in danger due to nature deserves to die*

*I am going to chew out the president for not doing enough to prevent the deaths of several people who knew what they were getting into and were under clear threat of terrorist attack*

Everyone on Earth should die. Don't those silly humans know that all that protects them from deadly radiation from space is the Earth's escape velocity and a thin layer of molecules being slowly destroyed by industry? Stupid for them to even think of living there.

Except that they were warned to evacuate 2 weeks in advance. I have no sympathy for people that choose to put themselves in the way of a hurricane.

It would be like me rushing into LA or SF during a major earthquake, except the hurricane is easily visible days before it hits...

We need to stop paying for other peoples laziness and idiocy.

Science (that thing you don't like) has predicted the existence of deadly solar radiation for centuries. Why haven't people evacuated yet?

Thankfully we have a magnetosphere right?

It's like saying "yea, the tornado was coming right at us, but we figured it was too much effort to get into the shelter." and then complaining afterwards...if you were still alive.

How is that a similar scenario? Where would people go?

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.

but local government doesn't give a crap.

if they do their jobs and prepare they pay for stuff.

If they let the storm hit and blow stuff up, the government has to pay for damages.

It's all about $$$

It is a net loss though even with government money, so it's more about the inherent short-sightedness present in pretty much all politics.

Lots of high officials have had affairs in the past (JFK comes to mind). The resignation probably stems from something that won't be told to the public.

He's a General, not a politician. Maybe it's different in your country but here someone has to leave the Military to run for office.

In which case I wouldn't care what he did in the bedroom if he was a good general on the ground.
