Currently theres no way to Account move any paid/unlocked characters.

For whatever reason your unlocks are not account wide but rather Server side. I won't be changing servers because I've already unloaded a bunch of Station cash into my VS character on my server.(Station Cash IS Account based, but the purchases are server based. Fucking weird) Hopefully they patch this.

Im really considering getting this, but being from australia playing competitively on a US server is just not realistic with a 250-500 ping.

They have Australian servers. You just wouldn't be with us.

Oh and I recommend you guys NOT to play on miller. That server has so many issues and it's heavily overpopulated.
