The achilles doesnt actually target??. or if it does its goofy and doesnt target within its range.

He also mentioned it not properly targeting tanks over the 40-45 range mark.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

the Achilles will not properly autotarget any taget in it's long range, it'll behave oddly and you have to manually tell it to target things.
I do not have a replay of this, but unless I'm mistaken it has a firefly gun with 50 range, but I can tell you it will NOT fire by itself at that range, and having to right click targets makes teh thing unnecessarily wonky to use and unreliable for kiting.
I don't have a replay as I said, but it should be easy to reproduce. The simplest possible way to put it would be to say it behaves like it had the range of an M10.

In a game, attempting to obtain viable replay now should the problem exist.
EDIT: Had the game, fielded the Achilles in the latter half of the game which lasted about 20 minutes.
It's long range target acquisition felt a bit... Dodgy. Have a look yourself.

ok, watched replay. Only odd thing I've spotted was at 18:55 where the achilles tried to target the jagdpanther, jagdpanther went behind house and then switched target to the stummel. did you give an attack order to the achilles at this time?
and if that was not the moment where the achilles felt dodgy can you name the time it was?
at one moment the achilles was just out of range of a target, you gave it an attack order, it moved forward slightly and then fired. honestly I think you guys are just not familiar with a unit with 50 range and are misjudging when a unit is out of range.

But then you have to remember that I've used them with vet 2 CCT's, were they get the full firefly range, and I've still had this issue.
This issue made me take the thing out of my deck.

The sheer fact the Achillies suffers from the M10 missfire bug is enough to persuade me to stay away from it.
