Need to find out if it PLAYS well.

Looks like a sane map from Gork for once

I'd be willing to come back to test it

This looks like a step in gork map evolution, a map with sane proportions.

Likes like itll play nicely, sillilar to Neuville but with a twist.

I think he stamped those church stairs from another map. It reminds me of the steps + church from that map making tourney a few months ago.

Still looks like a good map, but he should give credit if it is borrowed (the stairs)

TBH, the whole "give credit" thing is a load of bullshit really.

The reality is, you would be a complete fucking moron to waste time rebuilding something that has already been built.

Everything in World Builder is from CoH, so should we give them credit every time we use one of the objects from the list? Every time we build a road with a ditch, should we credit the guy who made the first road with a ditch?

So Gork used a tiny little piece of someone's map...who really gives a shit. I am willing to bet money he did not build the fields from scratch either; or the mill area on the other side. It would be a waste of time to do it from scratch.

If it plays like a different map, then it's a different map.

Every partial and almost finished map I ever had in my directory was 100% from scratch. Probably why I never got around to finalizing them. That and not being able to create what I wanted to but that's more the engine limits

I agree. A free exchange of ideas and work is always required for the community based development of a game.
