This is a three part process.

Part 1:

Locate: MyGames\Companyofheroes\ww2\Data
Now create these folders inside the Data folder
  -> Art
     -> Scenarios
        -> Grass
            -> Types

Part 2:

- Open Corsix
- Select Option: Load Single SGA Archive

Locate: THQ\CompanyofHeroes\WW2\Archives
- Select WW2Art.sga

Part 3:

Expand the following:
Data
   -> Art
     -> Scenarios
        -> Grass

- Right click Types and select 'Extract all files in the Folder'
- Select 'Go'

- Find the 'Types' Folder you created in Part 1 (MyGames\Companyofheroes\ww2\Data\Art\Scenarios\Grass\Types) and select 'OK'



Go into world builder and select the grass function.  Under the 'Grass Types' Tab, select the '+' button. A window will pop up with all of your new options.
