its lack of mobility makes it so that it can be taken out by a single PE flame round or even a pak if defencive.
what i propose is lowering it from 450 MP and 65 Mun and propose that it be lowerd to the price of the normal mortar [300 man and 30 mun] because unlike the normal mortar even tough you recrew it you cant actually move it.
Also because alpha woulnt shut the fuck up about it to me even tough i hold absolutely no fucking power over anything what so fucking ever and when i told her to just post on the forum she said that it woulnt matter like a fucking idiot.

At the moment it's a usable weapon. It's not utterly terribad, yet it's not wtfpwn like some pieces of kit out there. It shows it's colours in urban environments where counter-artillery has the most difficulty getting a fix on it.
It'll get looked at in due time though.
EDIT: Also, it's a Mortar Pit, not a Mortar Bunker. There's a huge difference between the two.

what personal shit between us?
i am mearly talking how the mortar pit can be improved as in its current state its no more than a pop sink in most cases unless the enemy cant figure out how to do a simple push as it gets taken out by zrecks or paks in about 4-5 shots.
