Ok I fixed It but when I started the match it lead us to the game menu with the logo on the top saying " Europe in ruins" I started a skirmish we waited 1 min 30 seconds and the game then said the axis won. Help please. Im running on the steam version called " Company Of heroes New Steam Version ."

We even picked are Company but note : were using steam.

Started a skirmish?  As in against the AI?

To play company of heroes online you have to use steam now

EIR isn't meant to be played vs the AI.  You play by going to multiplayer and hosting a game there vs other people, not vs AI in skirmish

Create your army
Join/create a game in the launcher
Launch and one of the players hosts a game in COH

I think XxoenoexX you need to watch all the tutorial vids, because you've made almost all of the errors possible
