Currently this tier 2 unlock is only the greatest unlock if you decide to run Stormtroopers 2x Schrecks.
The assault ability in question, that 50 munition 4 to 5 grenades (depending on squad) is useless if not awful.
The perks of assault. Removes suppression, gives less recieved accuracy and suppression for certain time thus buffing squad survivability for X ammount of time. Ability to throw a pile of handgrenades.
What grind my gears is, that it is 50 - 60 munition. The cheapest MG is only 20 munition. The grenades that are thrown are too accurate and their spread is quite small thus they cover small section. You only get a good use out of them if you manage to lure people to jump out of a building right onto that bundle, aside of that its sort of expensive way to deal with either suppression or force a unit move back until the grenades are thrown. Not to mention, it kinda starts to chew up on micro. The positive side though, is the fact you don't lose control of your squad, but downfalls do show their ugly head quite glaringly.
There should be someway to make this ability worthwhile. So far I haven't come up with a proper idea aside of price reduction.

from my experience, i see assault as good enough.
Its 50 munition to force the opponent to either run away or replace a support weapon or the enemy sleeps and gets painful hurt.
pineapple nades are not a t2 unlock.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.
