Is this for every game with same host or different games with different hosts?

if it still doesn't work, delete player.cfg which is a short term fix (you can make a backup but settings seem to be unaffected anyways).

If it's when you are trying to join a room in CoH, then disable all of your Tales of Valour reward units if you have them.

For some god forsaken reason it can give connection issues having them enabled when you try to connect. EiRR doesn't need them enabled, so it'll do no harm to attempt it.
