You're just annoying Shab. You're talking like that because you're using SP in nearly every battle. This shit is OP. 3 shots in 5 seconds ? Why the fuck not ? Minimal range removed so you cannot counter it ? Why the fuck not ? Ofc there is Nashorn, but let's just spam Stuarts/Chaffes and do not care. Because why the fuck we should care ?

At least take back the lockdown if there is no minimal range... Jesus...

SP is not that great tbh its its just you need stop playin like insane boby. Saw vet stars on SP and throws everything at it and do not care if its stupid to do that. Trust me Tiger ace is way way better than SP.

axis have for more capable heavy and super heavy tanks. So its kinda expected.

well my advice for you is go play allied more often, get SP and stomp ''poor and out gunned axis.'' Actually GrayWolf i am fan of Tiger Ace. I love that tank. Its so good vs AI, so good vs tanks, dem AP rounds with extra range or LOL-mine launcher and all this blitz doctrine choices you can get for support, it really makes TA very strong unit. SP and TA are both of them reward units. Sadly i cant get enough games as axis because of guys like you. Stuborn axis fans.

If you will go for stuart spam you will so how they suck and keep in mind chaffees are reward units, not sure how you can even call chaffees being spamable.

Mysthalin can you buff the AT capabilities of the SE doctrine somehow?

Perhaps doctrines are supposed to have a weak point, but unless much has changed SE is so much weaker vs tough armor or dedicated vehicle/tank companies than any other doctrine's company.

I do not find them particularly lacking in that regard, in all fairness. The bigger issue is the fact that the absolute plethora of killing infantry in many gruesome ways does very little in actually providing SE with a significant edge in doing so. As such the doctrine, like many others, lacks direction in any of the choices made. Primarily it is about "look at my silly IST" and "look at my pop-intensive hummel that eats away at my capacity to provide any meaningful contribution to the game.. but the boom boom looks so pretty!".

I'd rather change that and move away from it, rather than make SE another "do-it-all" doctrine that lacks anything to set it apart from the others.

Personally i think this is where EIR went wrong.
Making every doctrine (some alot more then others) Jack of all trades, has made for bland gameplay.

given the 3 t4's and and 3 T3 combinations of each doc they should all reach a point of specialisation, but still have exploitable short comings.

Things like the FJ Sniper being faction wide for PE would be one example of silly "mirrorism". Another would be the Pershing/Tiger mirror buffs when they are two completely different tanks.

I understand what you're saying, but again - I don't think it's a problem with the doctrine having a perverse focus in one department. It's the fact that it's uncoordinated, random and easily counterable by anyone else without leaving much lasting impact, all the while draining your ability to do other things.

It will be changing for the better. In the meanwhile may I recommend the upgun hotchkiss as a stop-gap to mitigate your AT woes. Highest anti-tank DPS unit in the game. Good penetration to boot.
