There is das and dass. Das is the normal version used as an article. After a semicolon as introduction for an acessory sentence, if it is used as conjunction not describing the subject, it is dass. There also used to be a daß, which the dass is transformed to if the a vowel has a long pronunciation, but thankfully they abandoned that.
So it should be 'Haha, das ist richtig'. Deutsche Sprache schwere Sprache.
