yes, mustard gas also effects allies and your own troops unless you pick that unlock. Great area denial offmap.

granted it could have more uses or cost less sp. But it benefits from being an offmap, freeing up munis and pop.

It's a broken ability, should just replace it with something useful that applies to armor doctrine. An airplane offmap that deals damage to infantry does not have much to do with the doctrine. The ability should be based around using tanks/vehicles or taking out AT-guns like the Blitzkrieg and RE abilities.
I have a few suggestions:
Spare Parts - Adds an extra repair to all vehicles on the field T40 Calliopes - Calliope can purchase main gun (+6 pop) Tank Commanders - Tanks gain 2x LOS for (60s/90s cooldown) Superior Firepower - Can purchase Recoilless Rifle Jeeps (170 mp 100 fuel) and Sherman Tulip (300 mp 320 fuel) Suppressive Fire - Sherman .50 Cal can purchase suppressive fire (35 MU) Repair Pioneers - Tanks repair 20% faster (60s/90s cooldown) 240mm howitzer - Fires a large shell capable of decrewing support weapons Radio Intercept - Shows the location of all enemy units on minimap (60s/90s cooldown)

It slows and damages inf and support weapons, how does it not fit armor doc ?. Vechs are unaffected by it thus giving vech heavy builds an advantage.

The biggest problem with the White Phosphorus off-map is that I have no idea what it does. Seriously, the doctrine screen just says it's an "anti-infantry" off-map, with no more explanation.

That is how it works, it pops smokes that slow and damage infantry that are within its effective radius. It never claims to be anything else.

It never even claims to be this, so that's for filling me in.

You know they could just up the damage on the DoT of the smoke and it'd be more useful.
It actually has a pretty nice dispersal and enters in a timely manner.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Right now I feel like the phosphorus off-map is actually how every off-map arty should be: deadly only if you let it hit you with full effect, easy to avoid if you're paying any attention, and more effective as an area-denial tool than an instant MURDER ALL OF YOUR SHIT button. Of course that means that compared to all the insanely OP arty in the game, it's severely lacking, especially compared to it's main competitor, Precision Strike. Does it say "Anti infantry"?
Yes, but it doesn't say anything like "creates clouds of white phosphorus smoke that slow the enemy and cause damage over time, while creating smoke cover." That's some pretty key info it's lacking.

I'm not sure if it actually provides smoke cover.
I'm fairly sure that it doesn't, but I'd have to check. I'll check it later if nobody beats me to the punch.

Well then that's really dumb. As it stands, it's only real use it is to scare the Axis player into relocating their defenses, and providing smoke cover as you advance. If it doesn't even do that, then yeah, it's pretty weaksauce compared to everything else out there.
