the current metagame is pretty enjoyable, on both sides.

What is observeable: No offmaps spams, which are erasing the first call ins.
So i suggest to change the offmaps: Dont make them to kill.

Make them the enemy to leaving his position. => higher delay between red smoke and offmap come down.

I agree. 100%. I might even say remove them completely until munition costs can be added to them.

They could scale the SP cost of them yesterday, so RCA players cant have 2x Airburst and 2x Earthshaker or Terror having 2x V1 2x Firestorm.

What the current meta has also shown is... Riflemen are so worthless without docs these days that spamming HMG teams with just a few rifles for recrews is a better idea. I kinda wish it wasn't true but meh, lol

The delay on offmaps currently are fine. There is a strong focus on skill and paying attention or split second decision when the offmap is placed. The offmaps which have problems are earthshaker and airburst because they cover a huge AOE and even if u start moving immediately you can still get hit by it.

Give offmaps a munitions cost, leave them in the game as it is. Also create more space for on map artillery. As it is, no one bothers with support weapons lock down and mobile artillery offers a clear cut advantage for the same popcap as a normap onmap artillery piece.

E.g. Even if you nerf AVRE's CD... the avre itself is still a moving infantry killer that can clear out atgs, buildings and stuff instantly. The 25 pdr in comparison, is really shit.

I sort of prefer it as wel. We don't really have to take a permanent decision on it, why couldnt we just have a period/war with them disabled.
