R011 - live 20th May

Nil

CW:

Black prince fixed. Used the wrong RGD

Officers:

Lieutenant ability should now show up. (This is getting annoying)
Captain ability and lieutenant ability no longer have exhaustion

Croc change reverted. Apparently the flamethrower will work, but the turret won't.

PE:

G43 Suppression further reduced

Regarding the G43, I noticed there was an entry in it's RGD's that it had unit_self modifiers and unit_target modifiers, which were both the BAR suppression stuff.

You may have been accidentally doubling it's buffs. I'd recommend giving it a second check over when you get 5.
