Launcher Crash?

Anyone else having issues loading the launcher through the updater?, After clicking "launch" after loading the short cut the launcher doesn't open at all and gives off the "EIRR has stopped working", any ideas or at the very least, is anyone else having the issue?.

i had this problem before, try restarting your pc, that solved it for me.
