General
Veterancy Changes:
1 - Vet 3 -20% Received penetration changed to +20% HP on the following
   Tiger
   Pershing
   Jumbo
   P4CT

Reward units:
1 - Crusader AA
   Coax cannon range reduced from 40 m to 35m. Main gun retains its 40 m range.

2 - T57
   Reduced to 3 shots per salvo (from 5).
   Recharge time reduced to 120 s (from 150 s).

3 - Wespe
   Recharge time reduced to 120s (from 160).

4 - Panzerwerfer
   Panzerwerfer shots per salvo to 6 (from 10).

5 - Baker Riflemen
   Have been updated to more closely resemble their original format (near-clones of Riflemen).
   The Fightin' Spirit upgrade can be purchased on them within the Infantry Company as part of a balance experiment by developers.


American
Non-doctrine:
1 - .30 cal
   HMG range increased from 40 m to 45 m.

2 - Quad
   Distant/long range brackets within the weapon's range tables reduced from 45 m to 40 m.

3 - Chaffee
   Target tables against some of the Zimmerit armor types corrected--the gun dealt 1.35 and 1.5 times damage to two of the types; this has been set to 1.

4 - Marines
   Are once again equipped with Assault Garands from the get-go.
   The animator for the AGs has been swapped to that of the M1 carbine to avoid art conflicts.
   Reinforce cost increased from 27 MP to 29.25 MP (handled as 30 in-game).

5 - M3 GMC
   AoE nerf reverted; it is again 4 m max.
   Penetration tables reverted as well; now mimicking a non-upgunned Sherman, but has 10% worse penetration (and 10% worse vs all targets).

6 - Dodge Ambulance
   Speed on default terrain increased from 3.5 m/s to 7 m/s (matches halftrack mobility).
   Health increased from 200 to 315 (matches halftrack HP value).

7 - Engineers/4-man Engineers
   SMGs long/distant range bracket extended from 20 m to 35 m.
   An identical buff has been leveled against Pioneer MP40s--see below.
   Engineers will still need to close to 20 m in order to employ their flamethrower.
   Reinforcement cost reduced from 23 MP to 19.83339 MP (appears as 19, but handled as 20 in-game).

8 - defenses
   All sandbags and tank traps have been made demo-able; you can deploy demo charges on them.

9 - Riflemen
   Reinforcement cost reduced from 27 MP to 19.8 MP (appears as 19, but handled as 20 in-game).

10 - Grenades
   Grenade interaction fixed regardless of doctrine selection.

11 - M18 Hellcat
   Might see a cost change sometime after the patch hits. Price still TBD, more testing needed.

Doctrinal:
1 - Gung Ho
   Now grants Rangers Heroic criticals for 70 MP.

2 - 90-day Wonders
   Now grants the Mark Target ability to the US officer and InR infantry.
   Cooldown bonus reduced from 0.65 to 0.75.

3 - Of Their Own Accord
   Now grants +10/+15/+20 HP when the LMG/Thompson/Full Package upgrades are purchased on Rangers.

4 - American Industry
   Now also grants an extra use of frag, frangible, and smoke grenades when selected.

5 - Medical Training
   Now buffs Field Dressings (buff moved from Fightin' Spirit).

6 - Lead the Way
   Now changes the function of Ranger Fired Up to mimic Heroic Charge for 100 MP.
   Also buffs the flamethrower: -50% cooldown, +0.25 to damage mods against units in L/H/G/T cover.

7 - Fightin' Spirit
   Now grants 0.8 cooldown/reload to Marines and Riflemen, and an additional 0.8 cooldown/reload when in L/H/G/T cover for 50/40 MP, respectively.

8 - Suppress and Maneuver
   Suppression buff increased from 1.3 to 1.4, and given to the mortar as well as HMGs and LMGs.
   Grenade range bonus increased from 2.5 m to 5 m.

9 - Allied Grit
   Now also grants +10 HP to Marines.

10 - Tank Reapers
   Now adds 6 m range to the 57 mm ATG via a 1.1 range modifier.

11 - Frangible Grenades
   Can now purchased on Engineers, Marines, and Riflemen.
   The price will remain 45 MU in all instances.

12 - Satchel Charges
   Now grants two uses per purchase instead of one.

13 - Barrage Experts
   Reload bonus on the smoke removed from mortar ebps.

14 - Broken Arrow
   Aircraft speed increased back to 125 m/s.
   Cooldown (on the weapons) from 0.8 to 0.5 s.
   Rocket velocity set to 55 m/s.
   Ability "can_interrupt" set to FALSE. The ability will not stop unless the radioman is killed. He is frozen in place until the ability finishes.

15 - Disruption and Hard & Fast
   Grenade buffs removed.

16 - M5 3-inch AT gun
   Has been added to US Infantry, replacing the InR unlock.
   Price increased from 350 MP, 170 MU to 400 MP, 220 MU.

17 - InR infantry
   Have been moved into the Ranger/Officer unlock.

18 - US officer
   Reinforce cost decreased from 340 MP to 40 MP.
   Reinforce timer decreased from 120 s to 60 s.

19 - Assault Garands
   Cost on Riflemen and Engineers increased from 10 MP to 20 MP.
   Cost on Rangers increased from 5 MP to 10 MP.
   Removed from Marines.

Bugfix:
1 - US officer
   Now correctly receives his smoke when 90-day Wonder is selected.

2 - US mortar
   Requirement changed from usage to usage_and_display--the icons should appear properly.

3 - GMC
   Now receives its smoke barrage from Barrage Experts.

4 - 105 mm Howitzer
   Artillery Plotting no longer breaks the 105; the barrage is applied properly.
   Movement enabled when Arty Plotting is picked.

5 - M3 Quad
   Given the correct AP rounds ability.
   Should no longer instantly recharge.


Commonwealth
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Bren Carrier
   Cost decreased from 240 MP, 30 FU to 220 MP, 20 FU.

Doctrinal:
1 - Commandos
   Base price increased from 280 MP to 300 MP.

2 - Commando Boys AT rifles
   Number given dropped from 3 to 2.

3 - The Bridge at Arnhem
   Extra Demo Charge use removed.

Bugfix:
1 - Sabot Shot
   Moved from UI 11 to 6; should no longer overlap overdrive or other abilities.
   New text created.

2 - For King and Country
   Moved from UI 6 to UI 10.

3 - Churchill Crocodile
   Improved flamethrower RoF corrected (reduced from 3 to 2).

4 - Bren Carrier
   Overdrive ability from Commandos moved from UI 11 to UI 7--no longer overlaps with self repair.
   Requirement changed from usage to usage_and_display.

Wehrmacht
Non-doctrinal:
1 - Pioneers/Fatherland Pioneers
   SMGs long/distant range bracket extended from 20 m to 35 m.
   An identical buff has been leveled against Engineer M3 SMGs--see above.
   Pioneers will still need to close to 20 m in order to employ their flamethrower.

Doctrinal:
1 - Crew Training
   The upgrade has been changed to confer a simple 0.75 reload modifier to the 88 via an ability.

2 - HE-I ammo (Puma)
   HE-I ammunition is now an anti-cover/garrison weapon.
   Increased to 3 uses.
   Price decreased from 80 MU to 60 MU (20 per use).

Bugfix:
1 - For the Fatherland
   Should be useable multiple times when Hammer of the Wehrmacht is selected.

2 - Jagdpanzer IV
   Should now receive the HEAT upgrade when purchased.

3 - Flak 88
   Should no longer freeze if Crew Training is selected.

4 - normal bunkers
   Should no longer have unlimited uses.

5 - Fear
   Now functions.

Panzer Elite
1 - non-upgun Hotchkiss
   Reload time reduced from 6-4 to 3-1.

2 - MHT
   Population cost reduced from 6 to 5.

3 - Scout Car
   Population cost reduced from 4 to 3.
   Cost reduced from 240 MP, 40 FU to 220 MP, 20 FU.

4 - Flakvierling
   Population cost reduced from 6 to 4.

5 - IHT
   An armed version of the IHT will be reintroduced via SQL after the patch has released. Price TBD.

6 - Panzergrenadiers
   Squad leader is now armed with a G. 43 rifle.

Doctrinal:
1 - Terror of the Eastern Front
   Now gives the Jagdpanther unskirted StuG armor (nerf) and a reduction in speed from 5.4 m/s to 5 m/s (nerf) in exchange for 10 m of sight (buff) and 1000 HP (significant buff; 57 mm deals 150 damage for example).

2 - Let em Burn (FES barrage)
   Base damage increased from 50 to 100. For referance, default Hummel damage is 200.

3 - Hetzer
   Main gun's accuracy vs. infantry reduced from 0.6 to 0.5

4 - Stummel
   AoE nerf reverted; AoE max distance from 3.65 m to 4 m.

Bugfix:
1 - Panzer III
   Art errors corrected; model should properly appear in-game.

2 - Kettenkrad
   No longer has 222 AC armor (has WM bike armor).
   Now has the Rudimentary Repair ability.

3 - Panzergrenadiers
   Healing from Survivalists properly calibrated.

4 - Scorched Earth rocket run
   Fw 190 model implimented to replace the placeholder P-47 model.
   New text and icon created.
