Organizing the patch thread and discord posts

Bugs:
1.Tankshock and Hulldown overlap
2.Experimental guns non functioning
3.New engineers do not cap
4.Comet gets overdrive for free
5.Tankshock gives rapid fire main gun
6.Puma armor halftracks SCAR error.
7.Survivalists still on old pgren squads

Query
1. Explaination for engineer changes.
2. Reasoning for no doctrines on armed IHTs
3. Reasoning for no change to mobile mechanics.
4. Reasoning of p2/churchill iv/storm and defensive double shreck prices
5. Boys at button fire mschanics.
6. Player registration still slow/non functional? (New player nimbalo500)

Bugs:
1.Tankshock and Hulldown overlap - fixed in hotfix
2.Experimental guns non functioning - fixed in hotfix
3.New engineers do not cap - fixed in hotfix
4.Comet gets overdrive for free - was not aware of this; will be fixed in R038
5.Tankshock gives rapid fire main gun - fixed in hotfix
6.Puma armor halftracks SCAR error. - fixed in hotfix
7.Survivalists still on old pgren squads - due to how upgrades work in the launcher, Crimson's squads will retain Survivalists and will be unable to de-select them. Once they die, the upgrade is lost, and new squads cannot purchase the ability.

Query
1. Explaination for engineer changes. - Twofold. First, to prevent ludicrous strats like Shab running nothing but 88s and Goliaths w. Pioneers. Secondly, to give Engies/Pios a reason to live beyond low cost minespam and backcapping--to give US and WM a non-doctrinal "assault" unit with a flamethrower.
2. Reasoning for no doctrines on armed IHTs - Simple laziness. I have no excuse here.
3. Reasoning for no change to mobile mechanics. - I am overhauling a massive amount of doctrines with R038; all of the PE doctrines are getting a facelift and this includes Luftwaffe and Mobile Mechanics. In the interim, I'm not adding the ability to any other vehicles, as I frankly feel that it's too powerful.
4. Reasoning of p2/churchill iv/storm and defensive double shreck prices - If you'd asked me a month ago when I wasn't employed, I would have jumped on this and cranked out some new numbers. Currently, with the limited time that I have to work on EiR, I can offer only token answers. The P2's current state is due to a request made by tank to nerf the P2. The Churchill is priced as it currently is after repeated lobbying by Mysthalin for the Churchill to sit at a price around or slightly above that of a Sherman. Double Shrecks are priced as is simply because nobody ever complained about them and I never got around to modifying their price.
5. Boys at button fire mschanics. - Button uses a special Boys AT slot item that only one squad member uses--the other Boys AT guy in the squad retains his old weapon simply because that is how abilities like Button and the Panzerfaust function in CoH.
6. Player registration still slow/non functional? (New player nimbalo500) - tank130 handles all registration requests manually. If he is unaware of new registrations or lacks the time to approve them, then they don't get approved, unfortunately.

Am I the only one who can't  picks this Pervitine pills in the game after selecting the "Fear in the Hearts of Men" in the launcher and buy it in the company room?

Why would you even want pervitin pills? It is a horrible idea and quite a terrible doctrine that nerfs your infantry more than it buffs it.

That's fixed in the hotfix; it wasn't mentioned in my response because nobody had asked.
