Yea, it seems a bit excessive to double nerf things like this. Should stick to either a stat-nerf or a price nerf in first instance. I haven't given the m8 a try myself yet but if its truly as poor as you say then its certainly not worth being 250 F lol. Sounds like the scatter may be a bug though.
