tbh i dont like it, it promotes stacked teams in a way as i'm ready 2 play with anyone on my team bar maybe 2people but i would like think that by putting myself into the game i'm playing against a team of players around me and my teamates level yes i know that will no always be the case but since this change all ive played is stacked teams as in me on opposing and i'm tired of it tbh why would i want to play a 2v2 against evil and boob with anybody its sheer crazy! and id like to see who i'm playing rather than playing a game thats already over

Well, a general rule for myself is I never play in a 2v2, for just that reason Brad.  There are certain players that play 2v2s together all the time, evil and boob are an example.  I wouldnt play against them at all.  So I play 3v3's, UNLESS I know my teammate and know we have a good chance at winning, just my take on it now.

I see what peopls main complaint is about it, but tbh if someone is going to  log into another acct just to see who is/isnt in a game, thats going through alot of work to try and gain an advantage.  I dont see how you say it promotes stacked teams, just because you cant see who your playing?  You can go and get your teammates in a game too that you want to play with?

I love the new launcher, myself and scrapking made a 2 v 2 and joined RIGHT AWAY before anyone could see who was on the allied side, hiding ourselfs from all outside notification (once a team becomes full everyone outside of the game sees you as HIDDEN, while you still see who you are with)  then two axis finally joined and we readied up to see Louis and chubba..  my first comment was, Oh this is going to hurt.

we went to their room and they said 'hey salan what are you doin here?' .... hahah I get to play..  Their next comment was a string of oh shits, tuff / fun game iNC!

This game turned out to be one of the HARDEST wins I have had yet,  usually i lose when it gets this close to the wire, so much respect to you two, and i think the launcher being annon made it the game it turned into, props!

Yeah sometimes it works great sometimes bad.

Currently ppl still "setup" there games somewhat.

I woud also recommend turning it off for the time being.

Of course a "join anomyous" option woud be golden.

Great, so you're no longer giving them the choice of playing against your stacked team!
Now they're forced into going ahead and playing when they run into a stacked team 50% of the times.

I think Unknown woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, nothing but complaints or crying coming from your posts.

Yes, it's great having trouble finding which game you're suppose to join. It's also very fun when someone ninjas a spot and you can't tell if that had happened. Magnificent work!

You see who is on your team. If its someone who wasn't invited, you can still tell them to fuck off.
The opposing side is of no consequence, unless its a 1v1.
Even then, there's rarely more than one 1v1 being created at the same time. So if you joined, and your buddy joined, most of the time you will also know you're in the same game.

But can't you see the opposing side on vent and on relic online?

;( see this means that with this random thing players no longer choose if they want to play a game, so complete newbies may be goign up against the best axis players or the otherway around

Ok after playing this for another day, I am starting to not like it.  It is WAY to easy for one side to stack a team.  If this anonymous thing is going to stay in, then it needs to be set so that your teammates are also anonymous.  Playing against stacked teams is no fun at all, I thought this would help make that less easy, but in fact it has made it that much more easy to do.

Playing with anonymous is no fun either.
Then it'll be like playing 2vs2 automatch on vCoH, lame.

I see it has been removed!
Good call, good thing we tested though.

I removed it because I personally felt it led to more stacked teams than before...  It was also more of a hassle trying to get a game going and players were trying to circumvent it anyway.  It may make a return at some point, but as for now, I feel it should be disabled.
