2v2 McGaechan's War-Turtle And Win

This is a 2v2 on McGaechan's. Not to give away what happens...but a strong defensive position + howitzer = awesome. It also alays my fears that tanks would be the path to victory with the new AT gun pricing.
Well played everyone, especally shoe...with your ninja airborne with RRs xD

I thought this was a pretty good game. And although there was more tankage then usual it seemed to balance out with the overwhelming amount of AT on the field, despite the new AT cots (still saw a bunch of RR paras and what at least 2 AT guns?)
Anyways this is a good long battle that shows off a couple of interesting strategies, one of the best EiR games I've enjoyed so far (although not my best played)

Indeed. I had 3 AT guns, but one was blown up early, the other was destroyed later. I had one left, and took a PAK to make up for it.
Just how much shit did my howies kill, Jaz?

I don't know really, although annoying I didn't notice any devastating results on my units, I did lose some and in some cases even 1/2 of full squads, but... well this is a spoiler so stop now if you haven't seen the replay, but at the end I still had at least like 6 squads in reserve. My teammate was about out though.

Poor stuka...
I think our major advantage that game was that we had little armor but you guys seemed relatively heavy on AT.
I loved Fortress Howie there though. I just wish I could have closed off that field better.
Also, <3 the mg into the detpackd building.
That game also had the most effective satchel charge ive thrown in a long time.. killed..what? mortar, mg, officer, sniper, some grens?
The PIVs were really at a disadvantage in that village terrain.

Yeah, well with the time limit approaching, I was just getting aggressive it was obvious the game was going to be a tie so I just started pushing harder. I had I think 8 panzer gren squads in my company but only deployed 4 if I recall, I don't know how many my teammate deployed.
The satchel charge was great for sure, I was not looking there when it was thrown by the time I did was too late, believe it was a mag, mortar, part of a gren and 1 sniper, the officer made it out I belive.
Either way definetly new stratagies available, I wish the walking stuka was cheaper costs like 800F or something, how much is the howie?
Anyways gg, definitely a good test.

Howie is 2800 mp, 600 fuel, 11 pop. Both the Stuka and Howie are being made a LOT cheaper in the next patch. Stukas 450 mun, 400 fuel-Howies 1900 mp, 400f.

Ahh just read that, that is good as currently there is limited arty and a LOT of infantry still lol, although it is getting better.
