Fairfax County has a very good public school system. Only downside is cost of living is a little high.  If you can get a job there, I hear Charlottesville is also very good for public school teachers.

Ya the downside to this is I would need to be licensed to get a job with choice schools like that.

I am currently thinking I will abuse some podunk backwoods NC schools for a few years to get my masters and my license. Then I can go pretty much anywhere in the US.
