Two problems I discovered after the patch:
1: The Tier switching between Heavy Ordnance and Supply Drop makes me lose my selected Teir 2 (9CP Supply Drop), but the CPs are not refunded.
2. Where did the Air Force Tree go? (As Shown)

Usually you can get a refund for lost CPs if you lost some from changes.  But they have to do that manually.

I removed all your abilities and refunded your CP.  Please let me know if that fixed the issue.
