How much do they cost? How much pop cap do they take up?

I never bother to put RBs into my fuel, but knowing that I will eventually get a KT made me think I should start putting RBs into it. Right now my companies usually have a panther, ostwind, P4/stugs/pumas. And I just want to know what I ought to be ready for. Most likely the KT will replace the panther.

My available companies:
Allies:
*AB company going for raid assault
  Infantry going for tank reapers
Axis:
*Defensive going for rocket artillery
  Blitz going for lightning war
And an experimental Terror company going for subversion consisting of all volks and two King Tigers

KTs cost 1000 fuel I believe.  I may be wrong; I don't remember what the last few changelogs said about the KT.

I think it is 800 Manpower and 800 Fuel.

You can actually get 2 KTs if you pour enough RBs into Fuel. But you're probably better off getting some Stugs, Ostwinds, or maybe another P4.

Having 2 KTs is awesome, it used to be real easy, now it's a little harder to pull off.
Especially if you combined it with other teammates who also have 2 KTs... It's a lot of fun Wink.

Also, don't forget GS affects KTs again.
That's why I'm going for 2 KTs & GS on my axis account.

Gotta love balance gone wrong.

I had 2 on the field, Duckordie had 2 on the field and Duvka fielded 1. (He already lost 1)
Allies generally have to devote a TON of resources towards killing just one KT (often a single KT requires multiple players working together). After killing 2 - 3 KTs or so they'll generally be out of AT Tongue.

In that specific game, slowzo threw 75+ rangers at us.

That's because he rarely fields it during critical times, I've always seen him pull it out at the end of a game, just because he's afraid of losing it and its vet 3 early game Smiley.

Maybe pulling out the KT late game has more to do with strategy. But you got it all figured out dumbo.

sometimes it can be a beast, Natedog used to pull his out after all the panthers and oswinds and used up the allies AT, then they were screwed.

Might explain why you still lose a lot of your games before you've even called in your most important unit, a unit that has the potential of being a game turner. Tongue

I used to keep my tiger call-ins for late game too, because I figured that by then they'll have wasted most of their AT. I came to the conclusion however that generally, by the time they were starting to run out of AT, the game's outcome was already pretty much decided anyway.
