I have decided to make a tutorial for people who don't know how.
What you need:
Corsix tool
Photoshop Cs3, Photoshop cs2 with nvidia plugin, or any program that can open up a tga file.

Steps:
1.You launch up corsix tool and click launch coh mod or you can create your own.
2. Go down to art , models, whatever nation you want , and click units, buildings, or vehicles. and go to shared textures.
3. Find the RGT file of the unit you want and click on it. On the right it should show a picture of it.
4. Below the picture there will be RGT,DDS,TGA. Click TGA. Remember always make a backup of the old file
5. Open up photoshop or anything that can open TGA and open the file.
6. Do what ever you want with the skin.
7. Once done you save it and open up Corsix again.
8. Go back to where you did step 4, but this time click the TGA and convert it 2 RGT. Usually infantry are dxt1 and vehicles are usually dxt 5 but also remember to check mip levels.
9. You can use the Coh skin installer http://files.filefront.com/skininstaller09zip/;6258530;;/fileinfo.html to install your skins.
10. You are done.

Hopefully this helps anybody who wants to skin.
Post any comments if this has helped you.

Also, I lost a game due to not enough anti-infantry units, so airborne get double damage at each vet level.

More changes to come.
