Is there anywhere to get the client at a faster rate other than the official site (linked to download.com).
Most other places are out of date, if it uses a patcher system then would I would be better getting the 1191 client and updating maybe?

Ok. weekdays its usually 6:3-7:30 AM, and 6-8pm EST. Weekends its whenever. Just find me. I'll be more than happy to let you join. And Also, Sorry. Download.com is the only good one. Also, I think I will schedule practices for us on NY, and if Ucross or Fl- can make maybe a subforum or vent channel for us it would be nice.  |

Those Jedi guys are good though. I'm always happy when I see one on my team.  As for vent, if you guys want to use vent you should really get your own server. The EiR vent server should be used for EiR only. This was a decision made by Fl- a while ago. Though I'm sure if we 'casually' use it it's fine. But if we're starting to set up meetings and stuff we should really look into getting a seperate vent for NF. OR someone could just donate cash specifically for NF to fl-. |

BTW if you are looking to play with EiR guys I'd suggest joining the NY server, even though it seems most play on Arizona. This is simply because no organization is occurring on the Arizona server. =P

The Eir vent is nice since it keeps the community together, id be happy to donate for support of a channel for EIR NF. I think more so we have a nice community of gamers that is slowly extending outside of EIR but has EIR as its base common interest.
I still thinks its better to keep people togther via a comon platform such as the vent server so you don't splinter and seeing the community seems pretty strong as we wait for 2.0 it would be a shame to splinter it.
Just a few thoughts. And at least this game is the same genre as EIR is so its consistant with the themes and so on.
