So, just FYI you probably won't see me online until an EiR patch or until I beat Mass Effect PC (whichever comes first).

For those that haven't played it yet, I recommend Mass Effect.  It is a great RPG from Bioware (Of KoTOR and Neverwinter Nights fame) set in their own unique sci-fi universe.

I'm about 15 hours in and am having a blast.  So, if you don't see me around as much, I'm not gone, just otherwise occupied for a bit.

It's also available on xbox 360, for those of you who have it.  Though PC has improved control scheme and textures.

No, its a single-player RPG only.  I would compare it to Knights of the Old Republic or Neverwinter Nights (by same company).  If you like single-player RPGs and Sci-Fi, you'll like it.  Otherwise, probably not.

It will calm down eventually, i mean comics are no longer in the limelight for "corrupting our youth" like they were a few decades ago, same with radio and Dun dun dur... TV, in fact TV is still being criticized, and i think that TV is trying to shift the blame on to video games...

There is this annoying demographic of gamers being preadolescence early kids and but this forum alone proved that wrong, the average age here is like 20-21. I'll admit consoles are more approachable and easier to use, so that is why you get the little kids play those games, what more can the game producer do except put a age label on it just like films do, People are not screaming for all the violence and sex to be removed of 15 and 18 films because little kids are allowed to watch them, how are games any different?

Played it through in bout 4 Days, what an awesome game.

When I look at games like "the witcher" where in america the games pictures of half naked women are censored, and it gets a 17+ rating, and in Germany I see an 18+ for violence, but the uncensored pics whould at best justify a 16+, if not 12 .....
Yeah, sooner or later I better live in Austria .
