Capitals are more BOOOM, defense guns range and damage and health, cap ships have AA cannons!


New version:
Planetary Defenses fixed hopefully, give it a try. Defenses buffed, DPS difference between Advent Radiance and other BS's brought into line by lowering HP of Radiance. Starting racial differences on BS first.

Radiance DPS  88
Kol DPS 60
Kortul DPS 50

This is before ship abilities or buffs, both the Kortul and Kol get defensive buffs, and the Kortul gets a damage buff as well.

Fixed: Shield recharge for orbital defenses

Please note that the damage numbers displayed is Damage Per Second against the weapons OPTIMAL target, this may vary vs most targets and only be 25-50% of the damage shown.

Defense Turrets weakened, Advent cannons fixed, should fire at all ships now. Radiance Shield Increased from 2500 to 3500.

Pirates chance of spawning capital ships increased.

Continuing tweaking some stats.

Ok, found a problem. Apparently weapons labelled CAPITALSHIP in the code will cease firing at flak frigates, I am adjusting stats tonight, should be up in an hour or so with fixes.
