First off don't turn this into a 2.0 QQ thread. There are to be no discussions about whether or not the mods getting worked on. Just pretend that if you vote yes it would be possible at some point.


I ask this because there comes a point in the war where it doesn't really come down to skill, but comes down to who has been playing longer or winning more. How can you compare to people who have their T4 and T3 when you may only have one T3? This would also allow, for one, people who come later in the war to at least get a T4, which also means that current players, can give other T4s a try and experiment.

Also, keep in mind, that I think if it was increased, that it should go from 25 days to say 35 days if it were increased to 35RBs and 65 CPs.

Another thing while I'm dreaming, you should get a free CP every 12 hours, rather then 2 Cps every day you don't play. Because sometimes it's worth it to not play rather then only get one game in and lose.

make it go up more slowly.

I would generally vote for another system making it more expensive to get new abilities.
So, you CAN gert your t4, but not much else.

yea so what if you give a newb a t4, that means if a higher lvl player starts over he gets a t4 too, newbs should have to learn to play , and should start at a t3 max

My point is though, that the game already favors people who are good. Good players will always have more CPs/RBs then average or new players, so good players not only have the advantage of being good, but RBs/CPs and vet. So giving everyone more free CPs and RBs would level the playing field a little bit more.

I think they should get rid of the daily cap for players with less than 2/3rd of the total they could have earned since the start of the war. Maybe 2/3rds is too much, half perhaps, but something like that. The problem is, you can never really catch up because of the 7cp cap, even if you have a few days off work or whatever.

CPs/RB balance is fine, and new players joining the war get more than plenty. (25 RBs, 50CPs) This is sufficient to compete on any level. The vet thing is a different issue however, the rating system will take care of that. (Less vet for playing against worse players, etc)

In all seriousness, upping the amount of CPs and RBs you get just encourages people to not play until a month or so into the war, then make 10 accounts they don't care about because they've put no work into them, and just dick around.

Some people might like that, but I find it really annoying playing vs. people who don't care at all about their companies, this sort of attitude is exactly where vet-hunting comps come from, we really don't need more mechanisms to encourage people to not take an interest in their companies.

I don't think it would hurt, help even the playing field for those who like to play, but have other commitments, and would improve experimenting for alt accounts. I'd appreciate it.

The thing is though, some or maybe even many of us aren't able to play the 3-4 games a day that some players get to play. So it proves nothing of skill, just who actually has other things to do. Not to mention that many good players seem to have nothing else to do then play EiR, so they max out their CPs, while people of equal skill will take much longer because they only get 1-2 games in a day.

Maybe there shouldn't be an incentive or handicap for new players. but for those of us that can only get in a game or two a day can't quite compete with someone who has maxed out their CPs, while they are trying to simply get their T4. And vet is a whole other story as well.

I think the current system is fine, if you go straight for your T4 it won't tak all too long. Just imagine the new companies that are made with instant T4. Good players could simply make alternate accounts and have a very strong account for a particular game. I'm facing a GS guy? Well then, I'll just create an inf account, get TR and play. IDK if we are too lazy to do that but it is a possibility. All in all I'm going to say thumbs down on more free CPs.

Yeah there are some good points to not getting more CPs, but I just wish there was a way to balance the players who get 5+ games in a day and the one that only get 1 or 2 in. butttt, i don't think there would be any way possible that's actually fair or better then the current system.
