Nothing can be killed for vet. I have a couple of cars and 2 opel blitzes. Which you can't kill for vet.

That entirely depends on how much detail you want to incorporate and how much time you have a day.
(I'm working on a warcraft3 map since November 2004, and it's still not finished; several monthlong breaks Cheesy  ; My CoH map will also never finish)

I think 2 weeks is in general a little optimistic, well, ok, for an early beta it may be enough.

Expect it to take at least 2 weeks regardless of how much you work on it per day.

Tip:  Start with a general idea of what you want to build before you start.  It'll speed up the process tremendously.  If you don't, it'll take a lot longer.

Yeah that's why i've yet to start. I dont know exactly what I want. I've been studying the maps we play and all the favorites to see what to do. So more than likely it'll be two player good starting points and more long than wide and good city areas to fight in. those are usually the favorites.

Tymathee, odds are your first attempt you will learn a lot and your second attempt will be a decent map.  I recommend just sitting down with the tools and playing around with it.  Lolto has some great tutorials for getting started.

dude...u didn't pack it right cuz I can't play Dawn unless I re-downlod it now.

the map has quite a few issues, is way too cramped. It's a nicd map but is just too much...
