What It means here is that is that it don't matter how long you've been here; just if your a dick or not.  So while yur here try to be curdious and serious. We don't mind a rickroll every once in a while. But I've seen 20 today thats enough. Spam isn't bad as long as you have something halfass serious to talk about.
