Pengu found an effective CP combo and plays the doctrine like he should resulting in him winning all the time. If pengu continues with playing the way he is no one will beat him.

Plus Chaos has the "OH SHIT" reserve of Grens so that helps too.

Indeed although honestly this was the one game that I've had to fall back on chaos gren spam so far(aside from the 3 back to back games).  Most of the time I don't have to even call out dedicated grens and just rely on My mg/gren call ins and paks. That said although Heavy support and tenacious faith is a nice combo its nothing compared to heavy support and omniscience thats just plain nasty. 

To be perfectly honest though people give too much credit to heavy support. Heavy support is nice, but it doesn't win me games often. Basic supplies is just such a ridiculously awesome t2 that it wins me games way more. Its the equivalent of 460 extra munitions worth of grenades for me. Grenades win me games, not paks. Honestly I'd almost says it should be a t3.
