What about this mod? BotB in connection with Europe in Ruins? It would fit perfectly!

BotB would be an amazing mod if the object editor ever gets re-released. I can only use my imagination so far on the 8 different Sherman variants. The game is fun to play but it needs models.

well most of the shermans did pretty much look the same, except maybe the barrell. But yeah...so many different types of Shermans :drools: could u imagine an armor company w/ the botb mod?

I can't wait to play around with the firefly on the brits either =D

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Pretty fun mod indeed but yeah I agree with what bodybag said.
There's a huge patch coming though, should change A LOT and hopefully make it even better too.

I hope someone (aka mannerheim/corsix) can create a .rgo un-burner.

But the biggest change is a general elimination of the Point Capture system. Now we use ATC,
, by AGameAnx which is a script that checks the No. of units in territory, and the faction with
most units inside captures the territory after some time. Observation posts have been eliminated, too.

Now what does that sound like??

a what?

.rgo is the file that relic burned their models into, and so far there is no way to un-burn them so we cannot extract/edit relic models.

I'm on their dev team Cheesy.

And yup, it's a lot like the system EIR & Fortress Europe use.

so you'd need what, some program that can open those? So, you can't add models either?

I agree that, that system is a good system I'm not used to capping points any more.

And there was an OE released but the models wouldn't export or something and they said they would re-release it really soon. That was about 3 months ago.

yeah it's hard going back to vCoh after playing EIR.

Wish we could do EIR in skirmish mode,

although that'd be real dififcult, still would be nice.

you can create 100% your own models and put them in game, but you cannot in anyway edit or modify relic ones, that includes modelling a new weapon and giving it to an existing inf unit.

well then that sucks., could you make it so you can't build the current infantry & vehicles, try and copy the existing ones and make it the way you want?

not a good idea to mix up EiR and BoTB...
BoTB has GRAVE disbalances that really can ruin the game.
