Execpt that DoW2 will be better than Starcraft2, SC2 afterall is build on the good old WC3 Engine while DoW2 gets some modern CoH love.

WC3 engine makes sc2 look like someone crapped out a bunch of happy little fantasy space marines fighting swarms of rabid bunnies rather than having a cold dark realistic feel to the graphics so that it really seems like they're the brave human soldiers fighting a menacing horde of armor shredding insectoids and weirdass aliens with ubertech.  It just looks so.....gay.
