I know its random, but i was checking out some things because of my latest obsession with mechwarrior (damn living legends mod) and i recognized that song.....it's bugging the shit out of me.

ROFL, i know man! I think it's actually a rock song done by a group, i just don't know which group or the name of the song.  Assuming you navigated to the hellbringer page and didn't just get stuck on the frontpage midi - that's just some randomass music.

I'm assuming you got stuck on the front. Click mechbay on the lefthand side and then scroll down until you get to hellbringer, then click that. It's a loadout page, tells you all about the loki.

Well I know it's the song 'Fuel' sung by "Metallica", not sure what the midi itself is called.

It's a version of the song Fuel by Metallica, like Jaz said.  I have a Guitar Pro tablature of the song, it's the exact same recording.
