What balance problems? Believe it or not COH is actually very well balanced.

I agree with ALL units cloaking will change game play to both sides defending rather then one attacking.

IMO it is preferable to have at least one side attacking (i.e. attack & defend per EIR) and even better to have BOTH teams attacking (meeting engagements)

we will use both
