Bad login

When i go to EIR luancher and after i run as administrator the login thing pops up and i try to login it says: bad login. Help plz ty

WORKS NOW

log in should be the exact same as your forum log in and if you don't do it in like 10 seconds the launcher refreshes and gives you that error.
