Help Plz

After it loads and game starts it's frozen and u cant see my hq all u can see is sandbags around hq and mg nest and on the map where the players base are theirs big black circles. And if it helps too let you know i have vista plz help me ty.

Is your EiR name and your Relic Profile name the EXACT SAME? They are case sensitive.

Also this may seem dumb but did you download the battlefiles? And are you starting the Europe In Ruins program?

Actually come to think of it this happened to me when I first started playing. Make sure you run as admin.
