Vent not conecting to server

Cant connect to the vent srever, i click on the ventrillo link in the EIR menu, and all it does in connect over and over. any ideas? (im a noob so its prolly something simple, altho i have used vent before. shrugs- im stumped)

I always open vent and connect from there. I don't know if there's any difference.
