Question is self explantory. Do lt's benefit american rifles snipers/mg's etc, i purchased an lt but seems to do jack shit for me ;(

uhm we tested it with teh cheat mod in vcoh.  The americans ran faster due to the speed increase.  I would say the only way you can be sure on the aura is if I test it with HUGE %'s in a test game.

it takes some skill to change stats...the AC e.g., u (or whoever did it) forget to change its crittables --> fail
