I just got back to Eir from a break, and  I have a few questions about  the changes that affected the game recently:

1) Recon Sections can no longer snipe support weapon teams when they are deployed. Is this deliberate, or a bug?

2) What does victor target ACTUALLY do in Eir? Is the same as vCoh, firing all 25pounders and priests into a specific area irregardless of range and cooldown time?

3) Axis repair bunkers dont seem to work. True or False?

4) Priest accuracy while firing into the fog of war has been significantly reduced - you pretty much need a line of sight on the target if you want to hit anything. True or False?

5) Axis stukas and nebels have had their cooldown reduced. True or False?

6) FOO artillery is 1 -use, Victor Target is multiple uses, is this working as intended?

7) The heroic charge cooldown has been increased to 300 seconds. Is this right?

8 ) Advantages: can you get each one (manpower, muni, fuel) to level 3 or is it limited?

Last question: I believe they said, it will be like in old EiR, 1 rank 3, 2 rank 2, 3 rank 1.

1 i think is a bug.  It came from the 2.5 patch i think.

Victor target does the exact same as vCoh.  It allows all your artillery pieces to fire at a target with Absolutely no cost to their recharge time, allowing you to arty twice on a target in a row if you have a captain.  this is fantastic if you plan to have artillery on for a bit of the game and effectively doubles the amount you can dish out.

it looks like nebels have their cooldown reduced, i'm not sure if it's just veterancy though.

FOO is only 1 use as you don't need any artillery pieces on the field, Victor target you need about 10-14 population worth of artillery on the field, and remember, it takes a while for the barrage to come after the smoke, especially if the artillery piece is far away.

FOO artilelry also you get vitrually no chance to get out when the smoke comes down other than sprinting out.  It instantly pins as well making it even more deadly.

Advantages i think are you can get all up to level 2, and only one of them to level 3.

Bug.

As vCOH - as explained above.

They work now, as of 004 Hotfix, please report if they dont.
Note:  The animation is missing, but it is repairing.

As per vCOH, True.

Reduced from what?

Nope.  VT will soon be a longer timer AND it is supposed to be Doctrine tree limited.  ATM, there is no tree to limit its use.

Yep.

Its like the old tier based Doctrine choices.
3 x Level 1, 2 x Level 2, and 1 x Level 3
