First, like Malevolence said, it's SMTP. Second, there are many different servers, you have no idea what we are running. There is no "restarter". And lastly, just starting it back up is not a solution. I have to investigate why it went down in the first place to avoid future problems.
Thanks for reporting the problem, but we do know what we are doing and will handle this problem appropriately.
